At Pilates Connections, we are client friendly and will do everything possible to ensure that you get the full value of your training dollars. You will never be pressured by the hard sell or feel cheated by overly-strict policies. However, to ensure fairness to all, we must enforce the following policies:
Intake Forms: Before training, all clients and guests must fill out the Client Information form and read and sign the following forms: Polices, Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk Agreement, and Waiver of Liability & Indemnification Agreement. Please note that not only new clients, but existing clients, must submit these forms, as they have changed. Please arrive early on your first visit to complete these forms. Start Time: All sessions and classes start on the hour (or half hour) and last 50-55 minutes. The 30-min. private session is available only for individuals with special needs or conditions that require a shorter training time. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To avoid being charged for missed appointments, you must cancel or reschedule 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR SESSION by phone, in person, or email. We will attempt to fill your session/class reservation regardless of when you cancel, but should you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, and your spot is not filled, you will be charged. Payment Policy: All sessions are prepaid and can be purchased individually or in packages. Cash, check, VISA, and MasterCard are accepted. See our Programs Page for prices of our various training options. Refund Policy: Please purchase carefully as NO REFUNDS are available for any session or package of sessions purchased at Pilates Connections. Training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to other students, except immediate family members. Food, Beverages, Gum: We ask that no food be brought into the studio and use only closed non-breakable drink containers. For safety reasons chewing gum is not permitted in the studio at any time. Equipment Cleaning: Disinfectant and towels are provided for cleaning mats and equipment. Always remember to clean your equipment, mat, and props/accessories after use. Cell Phones: For the courtesy and privacy of others we ask all cell phones to be turned off while in the studio. What to Wear: We recommend comfortable tops and bottoms, socks or bare feet. Clothes should be of the type that will allow the instructor to see the student’s body position and movement. Warm-up suits and baggy clothes are not suggested. Guests of our Clients: Out of town guests may use your training package for one visit. Guests are required to submit the same intake forms as regular clients. Children in the Studio: We love children, but we do not offer child care services. Please use your careful discretion in bringing children to the studio. Only those children who can be relied upon to be quiet and non-disruptive should be brought. Perfume, Scented Lotions & Tobacco Use: Please be aware that other clients might have allergies or sensitivities to heavy perfumes and/or lotions so we request that you refrain from using products with heavy fragrances in our studio or prior to coming to the studio. Smoking is not allowed in or around the studio. Update Your Information: Please keep us up to date with changes in address, phone number, email address, and medical conditions. |
